Special Note: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on apparel.

Z Automotive products may be returned for a refund if within 30 days of original purchase. An RMA number must be requested by contacting support, and TAZERs must be Unmarried prior to shipping the product back. It is not common, but the product may be subject to a 10% restocking fee for units that appear significantly used. A 30% restocking will be charged in the case that a returned Tazer is still Married to a vehicle. Shipping charges are not refunded. For warranty repairs or exchange (domestic), a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and you will not incur any shipping costs.

Z Automotive products carry a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. An optional extended warranty is offered for purchase at check out, at the time of original purchase, or up to a month after the sale regardless if bought directly on this website or through an authorized retailer.

Contact support for any technical difficulties, even if long past the warranty period. Often the problem can be easily resolved. We’re always looking to help!
